The house is a single level ranch style with 2076 square ft. of living space and a 2 car garage. The home is heated with a high efficiency furnace and we used quality vinyl windows and steel doors for low maintenance. The exterior is finished with a horizontal siding material called Smart Side that offers a 50 year warranty! A combination of wood, tile and carpet finish the interior flooring.
