Located at Engineer Village directly across from Purgatory ski area is our newest custom home project. With great views and easy access to skiing and all of the other outdoor activities Durango offers this will be an awesome vacation home. The site consists of solid rock so the excavation and foundation took some special equipment and skill. We have the right people for the job though and things are going well. We look forward to completing this one in Summer of 2026.
