The addition is carefully tied into the existing house. When finished this will look like it has always been there.
Roof trusses are up and being sheathed.
Floor framing is underway. You can see the old exterior wall which will be demolished after the addition is built.
Scaffolding is set and the foam is being installed. Stucco will be the finished product on the walls.
This family needed some additional living space in their custom home built near Turtle Lake in Durango. Completed in 2011 this remodel/addition project added a fantastic game room.
