This custom home was designed and built in 2006 just West of Durango near Junction creek. The family wanted a single level ranch style home with very low maintenance. The outside is mostly stucco with a few wood accents to dress it up. Inside is another example of how Durango residents take care of their pets. Another custom tile dog shower! A large kitchen and great room are central to the design and provide a great place for the family to relax.
